So by complete chance I stumbled on this browsing forums

In the.zip there are identical texture pak files. One is for elyos that is topless only and one for asmodian that is full nude. You can only install one at a time. Install notes are included in the zip and below:

- first update your client - so you dont need any more updates,
which would terminate the patch and would reset to original files,
after you installed the patch...

- make a backup of your original "Mesh_Textures_006.pak" in your aion folder
(...aion\objects\pc\df\mesh\Mesh_Textures_006.pak)
- now copy the Mesh_Textures_006.pak of this archiv you downloaded
in the same folder and overwrite the already existing one in this folder!

done

- now start aion without updating!
everytime you update the client, it terminates the patch, thats why...

if you have problems:

- you can ALSO make the exchange process with the new "Mesh_Textures_006.pak"(nudepatch) when you are already ingame, but not logged in(loginscreen)
